Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and project documentation for renovation works.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of design plans.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and compliance with requirements.
Stay updated with market trends, materials, and design innovations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in interior design or renovation industry (fresh graduates with strong portfolio may be considered).
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, or other relevant tools.
Strong creative flair with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Good communication and presentation skills.
