Roles & Responsibilities

Provide space planning, design conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification based on client needs Develop 3d renderings & layout plans with detailed specifications (i.e. M&E plans, carpentry detail and sectional drawings) Management of projects to meet deadlines Involve in site measurement, site marking & selection of material used Preparation of mood boards and material boards Assist in project management and site supervision Ability to prepare quotations are an added advantage

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D Max/Vray, Sketchup & Photoshop Preferably with relevant experience as an Interior Designer, however entry level with no experience are welcome to apply Good knowledge of the design process, including furniture/carpentry systems, specifications and detailing, basic M&E and detail construction drawings, color & materials Self-motivated, hardworking, willingness to work independently Project management skills and able to think out of the box
