Job Description

Responsibilities:


Develop design proposals for client presentations, encompassing concept ideas, layout development, finishes, materials, and furniture Managing design programming and personal deadlines Producing design information, drawings, and 3D content Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Assist in material and furniture selection, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budget constraints. Support construction monitoring to ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the build process.


Requirement:


Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or have similar experience in the design industry. Strong understanding of workplace ergonomics, office layouts, and space planning principles. Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace projects Strong communication skills Design and visualization skills, proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop) * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
