Processes creativity, flair and passion for interior design and able to provide creative design solutions for projects assigned
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, revisions, and ensuring that their design expectations are met. Address any design-related issues promptly and professionally.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to coordinate the implementation of design projects
Work on multiple projects and with the design team on developing and creating good designs based on client's specification, budget and schedule.
Proposed materials usage for projects.
Work within stipulated timelines
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring that design specifications are accurately implemented and quality standards are met.
Perform other adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD
Minimum 4 years experiences in design and project and site management.
Able to handle projects from design to construction.
Strong in design concept & detail drawings
Committed and driven to succeed.
* Able to multi-task, adapt and quick on feet to handle challenges to work with tight deadlines.
