Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create detailed drawings, 3D perspective drawings, and technical drawings for construction and renovation projects based on design specifications. Prepare Construction Specifications, Design Documentation, and Presentations, including design intent, colour scheme and material board Attend presentations and design review as required

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design for Commercial and Industrial Projects Proficiency in design software AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape A good knowledge of space planning, finishes and construction methods Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
