Job Description

Your Role :

Represent the company as main liaison with clients Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works Attend all design consultation and site meetings Lead, supervise and manage all designs and project schedules Prepare high standards of 3D and AutoCad Drawings, Material Boards Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules Brief and explain to contractors on proposed design intents and finishes Ensure quality and high level of customer satisfaction

Job Requirements :

Experience in designing residential and hospitality projects

Must possess skills in the following Computer-Aided Software Skills : Autodesk AutoCad & Adobe Photoshop

Good to have the following skillset in Autodesk 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray

Good proficiency in English

Good leadership skills with strong technical expertise Highly motivated, confident, eloquent with good interpersonal skills Good communication skills Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc
