As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and ambience of their food and beverage establishments in the Tampines East Region. This full-time position requires expertise in 3D visualization to bring the company's design concepts to life and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Must be able to use Revit Software). Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and develop innovative interior design solutions for new and existing F&B outlets Utilise advanced 3D modelling and rendering software to create detailed, photorealistic visualisations of proposed designs Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including technical drawings, material specifications, and cost estimates Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design projects Monitor project progress and make adjustments to designs as needed to meet deadlines and budget requirements
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the interior design and F&B industries



Job Requirements:


Minimum 2+ years interior design experience with AutoCAD and 3D rendering focus Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with F&B or commercial interior design preferred. Familiarity with VR/AR visualization tools and emerging design technologies Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate design concepts Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Creative troubleshooting skills and adaptability to feedback
