The Role

We are seeking a skilled Interior Detailer / Coordinator to join our Singapore Interiors team. This role is central to translating design concepts into refined, buildable details -- producing comprehensive drawing sets, coordinating with consultants and suppliers, and ensuring design integrity throughout every stage of delivery.


You will work on high-end hospitality and residential projects, contributing to interiors that reflect SCDA's timeless aesthetic -- defined by craftsmanship, proportion, and materiality.

Responsibilities

Develop and produce detailed drawings for interior design projects, including joinery, finishes, and specifications. Coordinate between design, architecture, and M&E disciplines to ensure seamless technical integration. Prepare tender and construction documentation with a strong focus on precision and buildability. Liaise with suppliers and contractors to review shop drawings, material samples, and fabrication details. Ensure all drawings and documentation uphold SCDA's design standards and aesthetic consistency. Support the team in on-site coordination and review during implementation.

Requirements

Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in interior design, architecture, or construction firms. Proven experience in luxury hospitality and/or residential projects, with completion records preferred. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Excellent understanding of interior detailing, materials, and specifications. Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to translate design intent into precise technical details.
