Job Description

Responsibilities:



Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:

Understanding client goals, preferences, and requirements for the project.

Design Development:

Creating design concepts.

Material and Fixture Selection:

Choosing and specifying furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and materials.

Project Management:

Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.

Coordination:

Working with contractors, architects, and other professionals to implement design plans.

Budgeting and Cost Estimation:

Determining project costs and managing project budgets.

Sourcing and Procurement:

Sourcing materials and furnishings, and overseeing their purchase and installation.

On-site Supervision:

Monitoring the progress of the work at the site.

Communication and Presentation:

Presenting design proposals to clients and addressing their feedback. *

Staying Updated:

Keeping up with industry trends and technologies.
