Job Scope:




1? Design Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.


Advise on space planning, design styles, color schemes, and materials.


2? Concept Development: Create design concepts and mood boards.


Develop detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using design software.


3? Project Management: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.


Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to budget constraints.


4? Material & Product Selection: Choose appropriate materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories.


Source and procure furnishings and decor.


5? Installation Oversight: Supervise the implementation of design plans.


Ensure quality control and address any issues during installation.


6? Compliance and Safety: Ensure designs meet building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.




Requirements:


1?Educational Background: Degree: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.


2?Experience: Experience in interior design or a related field, showcasing a portfolio of completed projects.


3?Skills: Design Software Proficiency: Skilled in CAD, SketchUp, or similar design programs.


Creativity and Aesthetics: Strong sense of design, color, and spatial arrangements.


Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.


Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.


Problem-Solving: Ability to address design challenges and client needs effectively.


4?Knowledge: Familiarity with current design trends, materials, and furniture.
