Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design space planning, concept development, construction detailing and perspective drawing. Generate 3D computerized perspective visuals, presentation drawings or technical drawings. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution of design plans. Perform occasional site visits and inspections. Oversee on-site progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and timelines. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions. Present design concepts and proposals to clients with confidence and professionalism. Maintain and organize the design library.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer Have experience in interior design for commercial project Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign) Diploma or Degree in Interior Design preferred Strong problem solving and analytical skills Proficient in English and Mandarin (communicate with subcontractor for project matters) Have positive attitude and a keen eye for design Able to multi-task and meet deadlines

Other Information:

Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience 5 working days (Mon - Fri)
