Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop creative interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. Prepare design proposals, 3D renderings, and material specifications for client presentation. Work closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved. Source and select materials, furniture, and finishes that align with design themes and budgets. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project requirements. Prepare project documentation, including mood boards, technical drawings, and submission plans.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in interior design or renovation projects. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering tools. Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and attention to detail. Good communication and project coordination skills. * Able to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
