Prepare quotation and advise interior design for potential customers.
Prepare 2D & 3D drawings to illustrate designs & layouts,
To convince owners to close sales & engage our company for renovation works,
To clarify with Client, Consultant, Contractors and other parties for issues related to renovation works or costing.
Manage site activities, vendors and subcontractors.
To liaise with Client, Consultant, Contractors and other parties.
Attend meeting, coordination, prepare works schedule & site supervision.
Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
