SCDA is a multi-disciplinary and award winning architectural practice established in 1995 with headquarters in Singapore and offices in Shanghai and New York. Our holistic approach to Architecture includes full interior design and planning services. SCDA\xe2\x80\x99s works range from Architectural, Interior and Landscape Design of individual buildings to Master Planning and design of large residential developments. The firm\xe2\x80\x99s projects include private residences, resort and boutique hotels, commercial buildings, serviced apartments, residential developments, a columbarium, an embassy and a museum.
Due to the expansion of our company, we are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the following position:
Interior Designer
The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work on interior design assignments, focusing on luxury residential and hospitality projects that include conceptual and schematic design through project completion.
The Requirements:
- Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related studies
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer preferred
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup
- Strong aesthetic sensibilities
- Good understanding of interior specifications
- Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction
- Be able to demonstrate a strong portfolio within the hospitality and residential sectors
