Space planning & design conceptualization
Generate 3D perspective visuals, presentation drawings, technicals drawings.
Liaise with client
candidate must possess at least a Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
skillful in the application of design and architectural softwares (3D studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe CS3, Google sketch-up, etc.)
good knowledge in the interior(commercial, corporate office, F&B) and exhibition work
minimum 5 years of working experiences in the related field
able to see job through from concept to production
possess a fun and vibrant personality, creative with an eye for detail
meticulous, passionate, good communicator, excellent time manager
