Job Description
:
- Space planning for residential project
- Sketch preliminary design plans, including floor plan layouts
- Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project
- Able to present the proposed design and provide advice on design conceptualization, material, etc to client.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, 3D perspectives and schemes
- Coordinate on scheduling the renovation works involve in the project
- Any ad-hoc tasks given by Management from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably with minimum 1 year experience in construction drawing and rendering in SketchUp software.
- Skill in Autocad, 3D Studio Max & Vray, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Excel among others.
- Creative and have passion in Interior Design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as needed.
