INTERIOR DESIGNER Scope of Role: Proj.B Studio is a multidisciplinary design firm with expertise in retail, residential, travel retail and commercial projects. You will report directly to the senior designer and assist in the management of various projects, communication with clients and production of technical drawings. You will also have the opportunity to work with industry experts in travel retail, branding and visual merchandising. Responsibilities:
- Discuss with clients regarding project scope.
- Prepare Design Concept Sketches, Space Planning, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Specifications and Detailing
- Assist in the submission of technical documentation.
- Liaising and meeting with client, consultant, contractor & supplier on various stage of interior works.
- Brief and explain to contractor on proposed design intention and finish.
- Site management.
- 2 positions available.
- Relevant diploma/degree in design.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Good knowledge in construction detail drawings.
- Passionate about design and is a team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Autocad, sketch up and Photoshop is a must.
- Ability to meet deadlines of multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
- Professional understanding in space planning, conceptualising, material and colour usage.
- Possess good communication skills, self-driven, responsible & can work well as team player
