Job Description

:

Follow up with customers to close deals and promote services Handle sales inquiries via WhatsApp and calls
Collaborate with clients to create sketches, CAD models, and 3D visuals based on their needs.

Present 3D designs, incorporate client feedback, and guide them through the design process. Prepare quotes, Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO) Conduct site visits, take measurements, and provide technical advice to resolve 3D design issues and provide solutions to clients. Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in 3D design, with proficiency in design software such as 3D MAx, BIM, SketchUp, etc.. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on customer-facing interactions. Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues. Experience in creating visual content and presentations that engage customers and help drive decision-making. A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing innovative design solutions.
