To formulate space planning, concept development and perform full interior design activities
To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
To prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material boards
To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters
Requirements:
Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related design discipline
Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in related field
Competent in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketchup, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailing
Possess creative flair and good portfolio
Possess a good knowledge of construction materials and various technical and building codes
Able to multi-task and meet all stipulated project schedules and datelines
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Entry Level candidates with creative flair and design skills will be considered too
