Job summary

We are seeking a team player to join our new business unit as an Interior Designer. The successful candidate will work with a team of highly skilled team mates to fulfil pitching of projects and projects deliveries. This role requires creativity, excellent communication skills and a team player who is willing to strive with the team.

:

Meeting client and produce concept design and design deck, from the start to end of the design pitch. To prepare test fit / space planning & 3D rendering for pitch & project To prepare design deck for sales pitch and presentation to client Produce markup plan for QS brief Produce drawings in timely manner site construction Work closely with all departments to ensure pitching and project be delivered timely and successfully. Able to liaise with vendors and gather technical information for submission

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture Required language(s): English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients). At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max / Revit Preferably experience in Commercial office / F&B design Design & amp; Build experience is a must.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
