This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing design projects for both residential and commercial spaces to meet clients\' needs.Adecco is partnering with a renowned Interior Design firm to hire a talented and creative Interior Designer to join their growing team.The Opportunity:

• Permanent Position
• Basic + Uncapped incentive + Performance Bonus + Company incentive trips
• Each project is supported by the project manager, drafter, and customer service personnel
• Trainings provided

The Job:

• Oversee the entire design process from initial consultation to project completion
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or design integrity
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project
• Work closely with project coordinator for smooth project management
• Create design proposal, mood board and space planning
• Initiate and plan out the project timeline, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and to the client\'s satisfaction

The Talent:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in interior design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
