Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our
Interior Design
team as a
Studio Manager
. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion. You will act as the key liaison between SCDA and clients, stakeholders, and international collaborators--driving the vision of our interior design projects in alignment with the studio's strategic goals.
This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the design process, excellent communication, and the ability to manage fast-paced, complex projects across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure project goals are met in terms of design quality, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure smooth project delivery.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and financial obligations.
Facilitate communication between SCDA's interiors team and other disciplines.
Monitor industry trends and contribute to design innovation and process improvement.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of experience managing interior design projects, preferably large-scale or high-end.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Knowledge of the full design process from concept to completion.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
