: Grey & Sanders is looking for a well-rounded individual with strong communication and leadership skills to take on an Interior Stylist role in our growing team! As an Interior Stylist, you play an important role as the first touch point for customers who visit the showroom, and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless brand experience. Your ultimate goal would be to convert customers through effective communication, understanding their needs & recommending the right furniture and homeware for their homes!
Job Responsibilities:
Promote brand value as a Grey & Sanders ambassador
Provide excellent brand experience to walk-in clients by introducing them to the brand concept, furniture range, and our customization services
Offer interior styling solutions to customers\xe2\x80\x99 homes based on their requirements
Keep up-to-date knowledge on the latest furniture trend and new product launches
Build and maintain relationships with both B2C and B2B customers
Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs set by the manager
Take ownership of point-of-sale & after-sales processes
Assist with answering online and offline inquiries
Assist the Merchandising team to curate showroom visuals to optimise floor space
Maintain general cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Assist with hands-on tasks and any other ad hoc duties as tasked by the manager
Job Requirements:
No minimum experience is required. However, experience in furniture sales, interior design, or interior styling is a plus!
Our ideal candidate should be well-groomed, sales driven & eager to learn
Strong communication skills and good work ethic
You will be required to work on Weekends & Public Holidays (Off In Lieu Granted)
Work Location & Hours:
Outram, 10am - 7pm
Millenia Walk, 11.30am - 8.30pm
Your work schedule will rotate between these two locations and will be decided by your direct manager to accommodate the business needs.
