Job Responsibility:
  • Assist with general admin work
  • Active participation and supporting Southeast Asia activities/events such as, but not limited to:
o Lunch & Learn
o Town Hall
o Employee engagement activities
o Others as assigned * Plan timeline of content series for social media postings by supervisor or APAC leaders
  • Curate draft content such as caption, video, photos, etc., for social media postings by supervisor or APAC leaders
  • Assist with interviews and video editing for APAC General Manager or delegate
  • Support logistics for department and/or external meetings accordingly
  • Prepare and produce materials and presentations for executive meetings as requested
  • Collaborate with interns/colleagues from other regions of the world and learn from their job scopes
  • Participate in forums or panel discussions to raise awareness about Persons with Disabilities
  • Be actively involved as a volunteer with the Healthcare Businesswomen Association Asia Pacific branch
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor, General Manager(s) or delegate

Requirements:

1) Being able to commit to hybrid working (i.e. able to work from home and in the office)
2) Possess good Microsoft skills
3) Able to take meeting minutes
4) Possess good verbal communication skills
