AboutWe are a human resources company that deals mainly in outsourced services to agencies in Australia.This position is based in Singapore.RoleWe are looking for an intern in the admin and HR field for a period of at least 6 months. It can lead to become a part time or full time role.The remuneration is $800 to $1200 per month.Initial training will be conducted in office in CBD in Singapore (OUE Downtown Shenton Way). Thereafter, intern is able to arrange for flexible (WFH/office) working arrangement with supervisor.Duties

  • Prepare position descriptions and advertise using software
  • Save advertisements into PDF and compile vacancy reports
  • Prepare market salary reports using online resources
  • Prepare learning and training materials from online resources
  • Provide administrative/secretarial support
Requirements
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft office, particular Word document
  • A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
