Perform a variety of student services duties under the supervision of the Student and Administration Manager.
These duties include timetabling, maintaining student academic and financial records, student inquiries, and pastoral care services.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Manages and maintains all student academic and financial records.
Administers a range of student academic services from enrolment, and student pass matters to graduation.
Performs student academic services which include class schedule, issuance of the transcript, and the collection of course fees.
Cultivates good relationships with student and addresses their needs in administration-related matters.
Performs general admin duties.
Requirements:
Required Skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Communication skills.
Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum commitment period of 3 months
