JR64477 Intern - ADTS Process & Equipment Dry EtchLocation:Woodlands (North Coast Drive), SingaporeDepartment:ADTS Process and Equipment EngineeringTitle:Dry Etch Chamber Matching and Process ControlDescription:The Chamber Matching project aims to provide students with training and practical experiences in investigating, designing as well as developing robust and efficient process and hardware vectors to drive tool to tool matching.
