Job Description
Tasks
Assist the Sales Qualification and After Sales Qualification Managers with various projects and tasks.
Support initiatives related to People Excellence, Sales Qualification, and After Sales Qualification, including regional product and brand training, skills training, staff certification, and related change management efforts.
Monitor training KPIs, generate monthly KPI reports on training success, and facilitate communication with local market trainers.
Requirements
Study in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing or relevant other studies Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Open-minded, organised, analytical, and quality oriented, able to work independently and prioritise Team-oriented and possesses a good intercultural understanding Past internship experience preferred
Duration: 6 months
