Job Purpose

Be part of the in-house development team that enables Digital Transformation. We are responsible for helping users to solve business problems through Rapid Application Development of Digitisation Solutions.

We are looking for dynamic, energetic intern(s) who are eager to learn and experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our team to deliver spot-on solutions at lightning-speed that accurately fulfil Business needs by leveraging on rapid application development tools and methodologies adopted by our Agility team. To be successful as an Intern, you should be willing to get involve and help with any tasks assigned by your supervisor. High performing Interns will be selected to also support ongoing LIVE application maintenance, migration and post Go live support. Be part of a high performance and impactful team!

Responsibilities

Build (In-House Development):

• Understand and analyse business requirements or problem statements and providing "Quick Wins" Solutions using low code platforms
• Rapid application development of sustainable solutions.
• Drives Users adoption of built solutions and produce User Training and technical Documentations

Run (Support):

• Maintain and support solutions built by the Agility team.
• Maintain and update all relevant documents of solutions for document management and knowledge transfer.
• Process and resolve incident tickets as and when required (sometimes after office hours).
• Perform periodic confirmations on validity of solutions built, to refresh or retire when not required anymore.
• Maintain relevance and high user satisfaction index for built solutions
• Application or platform migration support when necessary

Technology / Technical Exposure & Learning Opportunities

• AI and Machine Learning (e. g. PBI AutoML & AI Insights, Text and Vision Analytics, Azure Machine Learning Studio)
• Applications development in .NET, Asp.Net, C#, PowerShell scripts, JavaScript object model (JSOM), REST API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and XML& low code platforms
• Developing enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (e. g. Power App, Power Automate, Power BI, Data Verse, Power Virtual Agents, AI Builder)
• Mobile Application Development via Low-Code Platform (e. g. OutSystems, Power Platform)
• SharePoint Online, Office O365, Nintex Forms & Workflows
• Microsoft Graph API and other Rest APIs
• SharePoint Migration using tools like (ShareGate or AvePoint)
• SharePoint Management Tools like AvePoint for Data Optimization, Data Replication, SharePoint Administration & Usage Analytics

Qualifications & Work Experience

Bachelor\'s in Information Techonology or related
