Role Description:
Key Job Responsibilities
Assist in investment and asset management activities in greenfield and brownfield, traditional and new businesses. e.g. real estate, artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies Market research, develop financial models and prepare business proposals Assist and coordinate the execution of business plans which may include dealing with business partners, consultants and professionals Setting project time lines, key milestones and budgets Monitoring of investments to track actual performance against budget and prepare investor reports Update business plans as the market environment evolves Prepare for and execute investment exit
Required Focus
Major and good understanding in at least 3 of the following areas: Real Estate / Finance / Business / AI / Cryptocurrencies Numerate and mathematically inclined Good presentation and communication skills Resourceful and have an aptitude for learning Team oriented Self-motivated and enthusiastic
