We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern to join the APAC Regional Digital Commerce (dCom) team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to be part of Haleon's journey to accelerate digital commerce excellence across markets. The Intern will support regional initiatives that drive online performance, consumer engagement, and digital capability building working closely with country teams, external partners, and cross functional stakeholders.

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Digital Marketing / Business / Computer Science / Engineering and related disciplines.
The Intern will work alongside the regional team to implement and advance ongoing digital commerce initiatives across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
You will be required to:PDP (Product Detail Page) Auditing & Optimization Solutions: Partner with external agencies to build AI led solution to track and improve the PDP content particularly product images AI Led SEO Solutions: Explore, evaluate, and compare AI based search discovery systems with traditional keyword SEO. Help identify partners for proof of concept (POC) initiatives using generative AI for content optimization. Social Commerce Hub: Assist cross functional team in building Social Commerce Hub (Phase 1). The key areas are category and platform insights consolidation solutions, setting up social listening tool, and building CRM toll for affiliate performance tracking in markets. D com Projects & Monthly Performance Updates: Coordinate with market teams and agencies to track project milestones, consolidate regional performance updates, and support monthly D Com dashboards and global reporting. Innovation Research: Conduct research on emerging D com technologies, digital retail media, and AI applications in conversion optimization.

Through this internship, the individual will gain hands on exposure to real world D com practices and tools, including:Understanding of APAC Digital Commerce landscape and Haleon's regional business model. Practical experience in managing D Com projects across diverse markets. Knowledge of AI tools in SEO, PDP optimization, and content generation. Skills in using data analytics and social listening platforms for insight generation. Experience collaborating across regional, local, and global teams. Strengthened project management, presentation, and communication skills. Exposure to digital media, CRM, and affiliate performance frameworks. Understanding how consumer behaviour and digital innovation shape online sales growth.

Why You?
We are looking for someone with the following skills and competencies:
Business Skills and CompetenciesCurrently enrolled in a program at the undergraduate or postgraduate level majoring in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Digital Commerce, or related fields. Digitally fluent with strong interest in emerging eCom and AI driven technologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Behavioural Skills and CompetenciesStrong analytical and logical thinking with commercial awareness. Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills; experience working in matrix or cross-cultural teams is an advantage. Passionate about learning, problem solving, and delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
