Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be assisting the Group Internal Audit team with its ongoing digital transformation, process improvement initiatives, and new digitalisation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design and enhancement of existing processes, workflows, and audit methodology through data and technologyProof-of-concept assignments including, but not limited to data cleansing and modelling for downstream analytics usage, coding, and scripting, process flowcharting, system documentationDesign, implement, and test analytics use cases that may be used to detect anomalies, perform audit checks, and measure/predict risksBuild new and enhance current data ingestion pipelinesPerform other ad-hoc assignments as appropriateRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related disciplinesAble to communicate well and have a strong sense of logicEffective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organizationInnovative spirit, strong problem-solving aptitude, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with Power BI / Power Query will be a plusAble to work independentlyClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
