About the Job
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoints and Excel
- Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator would be a plus
- Detailed oriented, organised and able to resolve difficult situations calmly
- Comfortable with communicating with different teams and be in a customer-facing role
- Open minded, self-driven and able to commit to tasks assigned in a timeline manner with respective project managers on the team
- Open to learn new systems (CRM, AEM, RMS etc.) to perform tasks as required
Attain full and thorough understanding of Ascott Star Rewards loyalty programme and its supporting tech systems to apply to everyday tasks as applicable.
Assist and support member enquiries received via the Ascott Star Reward (ASR) member enquiry mailbox with regards to the global membership program
Work closely with different tech departments to troubleshoot system-related issues and errors arising from member enquiries
Assist with loyalty tech system user acceptance testings (UAT) across desktop and mobile devices
Provide support to ASR HQ global campaigns including promotion set-up, content updates on website and mobile app
Perform rate parity checks and follow-up with Clusters to drive Ascott\'s direct distribution strategy
Assist the team with loyalty finance reporting as well as checks and audits of ASR member transactions.
Provide support to the project managers when required
