• Assist the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps and strategies
• Support App UAT testing to identify bug for fix and improve overall app stability and performance
• Collect and organize data related to user behavior, market trends, and product performance.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to improve product features.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to help create user-friendly product interfaces and integrate user feedback and research findings into app improvements.
• Assist in gathering user feedback and organizing usability testing sessions.
• Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with customer support and user research teams to understand user pain points and preferences.
• Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for enhancing the app.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics.
• Familiarity in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with mobile app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics).
• Experience with data visualization skills using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of mobile app development and user experience principles is a plus.
