• Create highly shareable content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu) and website, such as videos, photos, GIFs etc.
• Provide support to the team in terms of the overall social media strategy, and curate content in creative and engaging ways.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to support campaign activities and social media outreach postings.
• Liaise with vendors regarding onsite marketing activations and installations.
• Monitor trends and competitive landscape and propose new ideas for social media content.
• Support with content uploads and updates on all in-mall directory platforms.
• Assist with marketing promotional activities.
• Support the team with on-site photoshoots/filming.
• Administrative support.

Requirements

• Good visual storyteller with formal training or practical experience in creating video content, editing and designing content.
• Hands-on experience in content creation for social media and publishing tools.
• Excellent writer with a good grasp of the latest social media trends and developments (eg: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu).
• Self-driven and results-oriented individual with the ability to work on your own initiative, effectively both as an individual and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of digital media landscape.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic working environment, and multi-tasking with tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills.
