JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business analysts who can use data to suggest ways that our Investment and Facility Management businesses can operate more efficiently. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and strategy. You will play a key role in Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s Financial transformation process.

Responsibilities

Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.

Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve

Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research

Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies

Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems

Run workshops and training sessions

Explore how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data

Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts

Propose solutions to Keppel\xe2\x80\x99s management, and keeping them updated with progress

Create documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.

Contribute to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Commercial Awareness and good understanding of Investment Management Businesses
• Confidence working with complex data and systems
• An understanding of how IT can be used to resolve problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving skills
• An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques
