What is your mission?

You\xe2\x80\x99ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Generates weekly/ monthly/ yearly reports and charts, housekeeping of all reports.
• Simple trend analysis of calls and emails received.
• Coordinates and generates reports on agents\xe2\x80\x99 report cards on productivity.
• Status checks on number of cases closed within turnaround time.
• Any other duties as required and assigned by the Project Manager(s) and Team leaders.
• Provide visibility and reporting capabilities of main KPIs related to intraday functions such as adherence, and shrinkage components.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least GCE O Level/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferably with 1 year of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. However, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel skills.
• Detail-oriented and passion for problem-solving.
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of data tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - ability to clearly communicate complex quantitative analysis in actionable insights.
