DESIGNATION : Intern, Business Analytics



RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.

Create comprehensive business process documentation including process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams.

Conduct gap analysis between current and desired states to identify improvement opportunities.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present findings, recommendations, and project updates.

Support change management activities including impact assessments and user training documentation.

Collaborate with development teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Perform user acceptance testing coordination and defect tracking.






QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate should be pursuing a degree in: Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields. + Preferred specialisation in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Management Information Systems
Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Have strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Have experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar). Demonstrate proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar). Possess hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualisation tools. Show ability to translate business needs into technical requirements Be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
