Support the design and development of the online customer journey for our appliance subscription program with Gain City

Identify the major customer personas for appliance subscription, and develop targeted marketing strategies to increase conversion rates

Evaluate competitor offerings in the appliance subscription space, identify gaps in our existing product offering and recommend product enhancements

Build a strategic plan to scale up our appliance subscription business by identifying new product offerings and new retail partners, as well as a go-to-market plan

Requirements

Currently Pursuing a Degree: Enrolled in a local university in Singapore with a focus on data science, marketing, or a related field.

Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think analytically and critically about data, with a passion for problem-solving.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team Player: Collaborative attitude, able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Proactive & Able to work independently

Project Management: Ability to develop project plan with key milestones, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery within stipulated timelines.

Marketing: Understanding of customer needs and ability to customize marketing strategies to target the right customer at the right time via the right channel.

Market Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct independent research to analyze market and competitive environment and identify potential go-to-market strategies and action plan

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data trends and patterns for informed decision-making.

Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team.
