Job Description

As an Intern, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment, applying technology and data analysis to drive business outcomes. You will contribute to the development of proprietary tools, automate operational workflows, and identify new business opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about financial markets, strategic analysis, and leveraging technology to solve business challenges. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to investment processes, client management, and financial operations. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Financial Analysis:

Analyze innovative sectors and conduct due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities in high-growth industries such as AI, fintech, and biotech. Assist in producing research reports and investment recommendations. Develop expertise in analyzing emerging sectors and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

AI & Technology Integration:

Work on implementing and leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance business functions like market research and data analysis. Contribute to integrating AI-driven insights into daily business workflows to support management decision-making.

Operational Workflow Optimization:

Develop and implement automation solutions for the investment lifecycle, including data management, client onboarding, and operational processes. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Support Ad-Hoc Projects & Strategic Initiatives:

Work on additional business projects as assigned, contributing to company growth and strategic initiatives. Engage in exploratory projects to enhance operational effectiveness and methodologies. Assist leadership in executing strategic initiatives.

Must Have:

Strong technical skills

for data analysis and problem-solving. Proficiency in

MS Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Leadership, interpersonal, and proactive communication skills

for effective collaboration.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of

Programming and Software Development
