What will you do?

Where does the role fit?

Engineering Spares Management

Engineering Consumables Forecast Tool to map out the supply and demand based on production plan to ensure continuous supply

(To create forecast tool, with reference to production plan, bill of materials for Campaign changeover, current inventory, and open POs)

Engineering Spares cycle counting, binning and withdrawl - at the touch of button , with the use of RFID technology

Capacity planning for storage facilities and improvements to outbound product process

To develop a means to map out current and forecasted utilization and availability of onsite storage facilities based on the production plan

Understand and utilize the site production plan to generate a corresponding warehouse space utilization plan

Streamline and simplify the processing of products that are moving out of the site

What are we looking for?

Educational background \xe2\x80\x93 Undergraduate studying Bachelor in Engineering/Industrial Systems/Business Administration/Arts & Social Science (Economics) who is interested in learning more about engineering spares management and capacity planning

Strong written and oral communications skills

Excellent English proficiency

A keen interest in production

Meticulous, organized, and dedicated

Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.
