About Intern, Capital Markets (Energy & Infrastructure) - January to June 2026

What this job involves:

• Assist in the execution of M&A and strategic advisory mandates across the energy transition and infrastructure sectors
• Conduct industry and company research, prepare trading/transaction comps, and build investor target lists
• Support the preparation of opportunity slides, pitchbooks, and marketing materials
• Assist in financial modelling and due diligence work
• Help accelerate research processes by leveraging access to Bloomberg, BNEF, CapIQ, Inframation, and internal GPT tools

Required Skills and Experience:

• Undergraduate student available for a full-time 6-months off-cycle internship from Jul to Dec 2025
• Background in Finance, Business, or Economics preferred
• Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Interest in energy transition and infrastructure sectors
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful mindset
• Experience with financial databases (Bloomberg, CapIQ, etc.) a plus
