Brief Description about the company:
Client Management Frameworks (CMF) exists to enable BOS to reach the next level with Singapore-like efficiency and we work with key BOS stakeholders to shape Front Office topics end-to-end to achieve the bank's strategies and goals.
Candidates will be responsible for providing business management coverage to the Front Office team in the areas of development, maintenance and effective adoption of Client Management Frameworks. These frameworks guide the Bank's Client Facing Teams (CFT) on internal engagement on client management topics for congruent, effective and efficient delivery of client services.
This role includes responsibilities in data analytics, business analysis, and PMO support, ensuring structured execution of initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and Agile delivery of framework-related projects. The position provides hands-on exposure to front office procedures, stakeholder coordination, business process improvement, and project governance, making it ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop expertise in front office business management, end-to-end process optimisation, and project delivery.

As an intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of frameworks, ensuring that front office teams adopt them effectively.
  • Assist in identifying gaps and process inefficiencies, recommending improvements to enhance client management effectiveness.
  • Work with front office stakeholders to ensure their needs are considered in framework updates and improvements.
  • Provide business management coverage for the front office by ensuring alignment with frameworks setup by CMF.
  • Assist Business Management to monitor Front Office controls; and ensure all projects/remediations are tracked and completed timely.
  • Enhance Team Effectiveness: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and enhance efficiency in how the team operates.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives that optimize ways of working, including better documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support staff engagement activities.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with front office teams, compliance, and business management to define business process for efficient and effective end-to-end implementation to support frameworks.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyse data related to topics, front office behaviour, and framework adoption, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage project through different life cycle stages including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and post project optimization.
  • Assist in organising and managing working groups with front office teams, compliance, risk, and business management stakeholders.
  • Track action items and follow up with relevant teams to ensure progress on client engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and key stakeholders.
Key skills and requirement:
  • Possesses related finance undergraduate / postgraduate background.
  • Strong IT and Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Is curious and has natural aptitude to quickly understand key elements of the business, product or service and/or processes in question.
  • Possess strong analytical mindset, ability to analyse and translate research and information into insights and recommendations for business.
  • Good organizational skills including multitasking skills and time management.
  • Stakeholder management, able to communicate well with multiple stakeholders across different levels.
  • Attention to details and ability to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Team player and willing to take up ad-hoc projects.
  • Willing to work hard and multi-task, with positive attitude to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
