Job Purpose
The incumbent will support the regional corporate communications function in planning, organizing, and executing various events.
The successful candidate will be a team player and a trusted member of the function, with the self-assurance to manage their responsibilities proactively and independently.
What you do
You will be involved in:
Internal Communications
Event planning and execution for regional conferences, town halls & employee events, including sourcing of corporate gifts
Support and closely manage the editing and design of all internal communications campaigns and creatives
Management of third party vendors and agencies
External Communications
Assist in content development for Allianz Asia Pacific\'s social media accounts
What you bring
- Excellent communication skills including writing, editing and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when privy to sensitive information
- Multimedia skills, Graphic Design, eye for details
