You will be working closely with the Community Engagement team to support online and in-person related community-building initiatives and signature campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with design and execution of social media campaigns

• Plan community engagement programmes and social media engagement schedule

• Curate / create content in bi-weekly EDM

• Assist with communication plans and customer interaction platforms to improve customer engagement (e.g. tenant updates, EDMs, websites)

• Create and distribute content such as infographics and videos

• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns

• Assist in the reporting of the effectiveness of online activities

• Ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Preferred studies in Marketing or Communications

• Experience in using major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram etc.

• Some knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance

• Able to conduct some data analysis

• Knowledge in marketing communications and skilled in project management

• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Possess positive attitude, resourcefulness, and initiative

• Familiarity with design and media editing software is an advantage
