JOB PURPOSE

1. Support the administration and operations of Family LifeAid

1.1 Family LifeAid: Aims to give underprivileged families a leg-up in life through provision of food assistance for the family as a whole, as well as enrichment and education opportunities for children between 4 - 12 years old

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY

1. Operations

1.1. Assist with volunteer recruitment and management

1.2. Attend home visits whenever necessary, primarily in Yishun and Tampines

1.3. Assist with Young Hearts @ Nee Soon East programme

2. Administration

2.1 Ensure that proper administrative work is carried out

2.2 Assist with the monthly voucher disbursement process for Meals with Love

3. Other duties

3.1 Assist and support other CRD/SRC programmes/events/activities

3.2 Participate actively in training and team meetings

3.3 Attend to general enquiries pertaining to the services of CRD/SRC

Additional Skills and Knowledge

\xe2\x97\x8f Computer literate, especially with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
