Getting there requires a proactive, business-savvy marketing executive who can help develop and manage firmwide initiatives and engage EY people along the way. If you're as passionate and optimistic about the power of purpose as we are, you may just be our next Corporate Responsibility intern.We're looking for a relationship developer, negotiator and project manager. As part of the Brand team, you\'ll work closely with EY Singapore's Corporate Responsibility team to build an effective, integrated plan to support our purpose-led initiatives, and connect them to firm priorities and other programs. This is a unique opportunity to help a best-in-class employer reinvent and elevate our impact strategy and unlock new ways to engage our people that moves them to action.Your key responsibilities

  • Design and activate internal employee awareness and engagement initiatives that align with initiatives and purpose-driven activations
  • Judiciously work within the corporate responsibility budget, ensuring proper tracking and spending
  • Measure and report KPIs regularly
  • Co-develop programs, events or activities with third party collaborators (Non-profit organizations, Social enterprises, etc.)
  • Act as a main point of contact between EY and third-party collaborators
  • Recruit EY volunteers that are suitable for the event / activity
  • Provide briefing to employees prior to volunteering to ensure they understand their responsibilities and the do's and don\'ts
  • Coordinate logistics with staff on the day of volunteering to ensure that the event / activity goes smoothly
  • Be present at all activities and events to co-facilitate with relevant parties
  • Conduct check-ins with staff and volunteers during and after the event or activity to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Collect feedback from EY people on their experience with third party collaborators
  • Provide feedback to third party collaborators on the EY people's experience.
  • Discuss with third party collaborators on potential areas of improvement for the next collaboration.
Skills and attributes
  • Ability to develop strategic, proactive relationships with third party collaborators
  • Track record of identifying emerging trends in corporate social responsibility and bringing new ideas to the table
  • At ease managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced and matrixed environment
  • Compelling public speaker and effective individual communicator who articulates concepts and ideas clearly
  • Strong strategic, organizational, and autonomous project management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess, iterate and report on KPIs and results
  • Superb networking, teaming and negotiating skills
  • Process-driven, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
