The Creative Production Intern will join the Creative team - as part of Central Marketing Solutions (Southeast Asia/Indonesia) - and contribute to the day-to-day operational excellence of the department. Reporting to the Creative Production Strategis The Creative Production Intern will join the Creative team - as part of Central Marketing Solutions (Southeast Asia/Indonesia) - and contribute to the day-to-day operational excellence of the department. Reporting to the Creative Production Strategist, the incumbent shall oversee the acquisition, archiving and delivery of creative assets for all marketing needs. Creative assets include but are not limited to trailers, key art, OOH billboards, digital banner ads, social video content etc. He/she will also manage the creative workflow and schedules - as well as facilitate agencies and vendors in the execution of projects, as overseen by the Creative team. He/she will also receive the opportunity to participate in creative projects ranging from TVC production to key art design, from on-location filming to desktop creation. We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful candidate. A background and/or interest in creative production and project management would be advantageous. This role will be one of the key points of contact for the team, in the timely sharing of information and materials with other departments. Together, the shared objective is to drive Disney forward across multi-platforms and multi-territory digital executions. Responsibilities: Manage creative delivery workflow process - spanning production make-lists and schedules - together with Creative Production Strategist - to ensure efficient use of resources for deliverables Build and maintain a central repository of creative assets for timely access by Marketing Leads across multiple territories in Southeast Asia/Indonesia Source and acquire creative assets, working closely with the DTC (Direct-To-Consumer) Brand & Content Marketing team as well as local production partners Manage delivery and distribution of creative assets to essential third parties e.g. agencies, affiliates/partners and vendors - ensuring confidentiality processes e.g., NDAs are undertaken Archive delivered creative projects/products - in both master and submaster (working file) formats Specify and dictate consistent technical specifications for all creative assets, especially when working with third parties to deliver Manage timely cuesheet reporting for all production music usage Supports as Creative Production Assistant for all video filming and key art photography productions Internship Requirements: Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2023 Indicate your internship availability (start and end date) in your resume Indicate your expected graduation date in your resume .Please apply to this job posting only if you are available for a full-time internship during the stated period.
