Allowance ranges from SGD 650 - SGD 2,000 (dependent on level of education)

Position summary:
The Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Customer Care Centre plays a vital role within the service department. The team supports customers and service partners in resolving engine-related issues, working to ensure quick engine recovery and minimise equipment downtime. They also perform data analysis, maintain strong client relationships, collaborate with technical teams across multiple countries and manage warranty claims.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the resolution of major engine failure events by ensuring timely action and clear communication with all stakeholders
Contributing to the development of data analytics capabilities by identifying recurring engine issues and recommending proactive solutions to improve engine availability
Assisting in the creation of automation scripts to streamline the warranty claim process
Supporting daily operations, including monitoring Customer Care Centre (CCC) ticket progress, analysing customer satisfaction survey results in the SAP Cloud for Service (C4S) system, and tracking connected assets
Assisting in the end-to-end management of warranty claims
Who we're looking for:
Students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a willingness to learn
Confident and effective communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience with automation tools such as Python or Power BI is a plus
Must be able to work on-site at the Tukang (Jurong) office
