The incumbent will be supporting GYMMBOXX\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Care and Marketing Department. Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Handling all inbound emails/calls pertaining to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Managing social media inquiries/feedback and being the primary contact for all service issues
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Managing day-to-day procurement operations for products and merchandise (i.e., planning, forecasting, sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing) from vendors
  • Conducting analysis in aspects of cost/price, vendors, sales, and consumer trends for the development of GYMMBOXX\xe2\x80\x99s retail segment
  • Proposing and implementing new products and merchandise in line with customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and fitness trends
  • Planning, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns/events on multiple channels
  • Any other work duties as assigned by reporting officer
Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC in any discipline
  • Friendly and pleasant disposition, possessing excellent email and phone etiquette
  • Strong written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
