The incumbent will be supporting GYMMBOXX\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Care and Marketing Department. Duties and responsibilities include:
Handling all inbound emails/calls pertaining to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Managing social media inquiries/feedback and being the primary contact for all service issues
Liaising with internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve customer issues
Managing day-to-day procurement operations for products and merchandise (i.e., planning, forecasting, sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing) from vendors
Conducting analysis in aspects of cost/price, vendors, sales, and consumer trends for the development of GYMMBOXX\xe2\x80\x99s retail segment
Proposing and implementing new products and merchandise in line with customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and fitness trends
Planning, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns/events on multiple channels
Any other work duties as assigned by reporting officer
Requirements
Minimum NITEC in any discipline
Friendly and pleasant disposition, possessing excellent email and phone etiquette
Strong written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and administrative skills
